Plot Overview
Set during a bitter-cold winter in the midst of the American Civil War, a young woman (Mackenzie Foy) serves as the lone caretaker at a remote Union Army outpost. Her quiet isolation is shattered when a stash of stolen gold accidentally falls into her possession.
A band of vicious outlaws soon converges on the outpost to recover the fortune. Stranded in a frozen wilderness and heavily outnumbered, she must hide the gold and outwit the intruders as her home turns into a brutal battleground. Trapped in a high-stakes game of survival, deception, and betrayal, she relies on her wit and resourcefulness to stay one step ahead of her captors.
