Plot Overview
Grieving the tragic death of her husband Dan (Mason Gooding) in a mountain climbing accident a year earlier, Becky (Grace Caroline Currey) has descended into depression and alcoholism. To help her process her trauma and regain her courage, her daredevil best friend Hunter (Virginia Gardner) convinces her to climb the abandoned B67 TV tower—a rusted, 2,000-foot (610-meter) radio tower standing in the middle of the Mojave Desert.
The duo successfully reaches the tiny platform at the top of the tower, where Becky scatters Dan’s ashes. However, as they prepare to descend, the decayed, rusted ladder breaks apart, plunging hundreds of feet to the ground and leaving them stranded 2,000 feet in the air.
With no cell signal, no food, a limited supply of water, and vultures circling above, Becky and Hunter must use their climbing gear, engineering ingenuity, and pure willpower to attempt desperate escape strategies before heat, exhaustion, and dehydration take their toll.
